A news story this morning showing the Ft. Hood Terrorists attack victims bringing a lawsuit against Obama gave me the idea to show how many lawsuits are surrounding Obama’s name. This particular lawsuit is so that the shooting victims can get the care they need. Instead, because the Obama Administration calls it “work place violence” the victims are not eligible for compensation from the military for injuries. A far better insurance policy exists with the military than for a work place injury. This lawsuit, of course, is at the taxpayers expense. Wikipedia (which shows a blatant bias for Obama in this article) has a similar outline of the lawsuits that have been filed against Obama concerning his origins and, as you can see, the very first line calls people who challenge the legitimacy of Obama “conspiracy theorists”. Funny, because Obama’s lawyers have finally admitted the birth certificate in question is FAKE. Since Obama has won a second term, why not admit it was a forgery. In the words of Hillary Clinton during the Benghazi senate hearings, “What difference does it make”. An interesting note is that one of Obama’s top lawyers Joe Sandler, is a CAIR lawyer (Council of American-Islamic Relations).

Why would someone deny showing his birth certificate if he was truly born in this country? All I see is a man who has a conglomerate of cronies (specifically lawyers), in all facets of life helping him get to where he is going in hopes of receiving a large payback when Obama arrives. By not showing the American people what they want (at least 50% of the US population) is an admission that Obama is not who Obama says he is! And there is an army of “Americans” who would have you believe otherwise. These article links are just referring to the birth certificate. Approximately 2 million dollars have been and continue to be wasted on this easily resolvable, yet ongoing, situation. Why are so many endeavoring to hide this issue while many more simply want to see a legitimately verifiable certificate of birth.
As far as the birth certificate being a forgery, some may say “its the Tea Party” trying to discredit Obama. However, if you do your own research, you will find that many channels have said their piece on the matter. However, from a liberal standpoint they will only say what they want you to believe rather than the truth of the matter.

You would think Obama would show a legitimate certificate and put the issue to rest! Again, all the above is strictly for Obama’s certificate of birth!!
Now, lets look at other lawsuits Obama is involved in.
The conservative group FreedomWatch is suing the White House task force that led
to the gun control proposals offered by President Barack Obama.
Obama and other democrats would have you, the American people, believe it’s for the “safety of the children”, However, I would submit that it is foundational to the absolute control of the American people. One needs to look no further than the legislation coming out of Missouri.
Democrats in Missouri introduced startling anti-gun legislation that would require gun owners to hand over their legally purchased so-called “assault weapons” to “the appropriate law enforcement agency for destruction” within 90 days.
Under the proposed bill, “Any person who, prior to the effective date of this law, was legally in possession of an assault weapon or large capacity magazine shall have ninety days from such effective date to do any of the following without being subject to prosecution.” This quote is from Glenn Beck, but precisely sums up what the Federal Government is trying to do in the long run. Not only this but have you checked out the gun store shelves for ammo lately? The government is buying it ALL up, or as much as possible.

This will keep the American citizen from arming himself when the government tries to confiscate YOUR God given right to keep and bear arms as defined in the Bill of Rights of the Constitution of the United States.
Or the gun control argument. Setting up a panel behind closed doors to provide policies to rein in gun violence without proper representation from the private sector. The very people who are supposed to be allowed to own the guns. Obama is in favor of the assault rifle ban and recruited VP Biden to head the task force to get a new ban started.

Barrack Obama would have you believe he is just against the “rich”, but I submit that he is against all Americans. He is forcing banks to lend to people for home ownership who obviously can not afford the payments and forcing banks to absorb the cost, or pass it on to the people who are their customers (you and others like yourself). It is glaringly obvious with the numbers in this article. Only 19 of 186 people have kept up with their payments. But lets sue the banks anyway.

This lawsuit is because Obama wanted a lenient deportation policy for illegal aliens. When they are actually caught, ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) are not allowed to deport them. Also, I would add that with the Democrats wanting to allow drivers licenses to illegals (to allow illegals to get to work), but would also allow them to vote illegally for Democrats. Thus ensuring Democratic rule for years to come. Touting America’s changing demographics.

Or the military being on duty overseas allowed to vote a little differently than the general population. The military vote is primarily republican due to the nature of defense of our country. THE PRESIDENT’S PRIMARY DUTY is for the National defense, not for the manufacturing of social justice. The military vote, not being allowed in this case would help his cause in getting re-elected.

What about our own citizens, who were hostages in Iran back in the Jimmy Carter days? Obama’s lawyers were fighting to have it dismissed. While legislation brought about by G.W.Bush says that private citizens have that right to sue another country for wrongs done to them. Something the alphabet channels (ABC,CBS,NBC and the likes) IGNORED.
What about Obama suing the Standard and Poors? In order to silence independent credit rating agencies from downgrading Americas credit, Obama has filed this lawsuit against S&P. This will in effect stop other credit rating agencies (in case they are thinking about it) from following suit. This would be bad publicity for Obama and his administration. Again the mainstream media totally ignored this tidbit of newsworthy information.
What about the Black Panther Voting intimidation video back in 2007, before Obama’s election? Dept.Of Justice head Eric Holder, Obama’s lackey, dropped the lawsuit that many lawyers thought was a SLAM DUNK case of voter intimidation. Not only was the case dropped, but because it was dropped, the Black panthers did it again. Again ensuring a win for Obama.

Lets review the Lawsuits against the states Obama has because as Americans, our governors, will not abide by a wannabe dictators rule. Obama has filed lawsuits against Arizona, Oklahoma, Missouri, Utah, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina and Indiana. These lawsuits are mainly for immigration issues allowing certain illegals the ability to move around in relative peace and the states do not want to abide by Obama’s federal laws in allowing illegal aliens rights and status, reserved for American citizens. This includes the issuance of drivers licenses. These driving licenses would allow illegal aliens to get one and thus vote. Shoring up a voter base that is, to put it somewhat bluntly, made up of illegal aliens. This lawsuit was to de-fund the DOJ taxpayer monies to fight against the states with their own money. How ridiculous! What ever happened to STATES RIGHTS?
The Obama administration along with his complicit Democrats, have fought tooth and nail to take from those who have succeeded by taxation and to redistribute to the poor. They have fought for gun control. They have sought to diminish our health care, the BEST in the world. They have sought to take away your Constitutional rights as an American citizen endeavoring to turn this country into a socialist nightmare. Most people are not educated in history and therefore think that what Obama and Dem’s do, is for the ”good of the country”. However, were people to read up on history, they would find that what is going on now is very similar to pre-World War II and what Hitler did to Germany before he took total control. As a certified American, I see a country that is fixing to have a hard time recovering from this type of governance. With so many people thinking the government will help them, and in their ignorance will vote for the Democrats blindly, roughly 50% of the country, are in for a stark reality check soon, if it hasn’t happened to them already. People who are wealthy are wealthy for a reason most of the time. They worked for it in a country that provided them the freedom to be able to do whatever their dreams required them to do to attain what they have and to achieve all that they desire.
We all know the story of the goose that lays the golden eggs. If you let the goose lay naturally, the goose will always provide, but if you choke the goose for more golden eggs, while you may get some extra eggs, the goose eventually dies. What then?
For the ignorant reading this blog, the goose is a metaphor for the “Rich Man”, who provides you with a job for your well-being, wages for food and housing, ability to move up the proverbial ladder should you and others produce for him (not the bare minimal, but above and beyond). However, if you choke your boss, what happens? You lose your job, wages and incentives for life in general – you have neither a goose nor a job.
What is going on in America with Obama and the Democrats is nothing short of a political power play. These Liberals (and others who think like them) desire to control the average citizen as did Hitler and Stalin. Although these same Liberals would have you think it is for your safety and that of others, it is not. If you read between the lines in all their policies you will find this out. Control of guns means no adverse reactions when these same Liberals try to control your land (try do drill a water well without permission), control your healthcare and whether or not you have a right to live or have treatment withheld because you are elderly or infirm, or force you to eat certain food groups while prohibiting other food groups (NYC and the 16 ounce drink prohibited by Bloomberg), or prevent you from rock climbing or participating in “rough sports”, or control how you spend your money, or what kind of work you do, or how much you earn doing it so that you are forced to live below the standards that you have set for yourself, control of the education system means you are in effect being “dumbed down” as the government sees fit. This helps them on so many levels, control over the banking means fewer and fewer jobs, forcing people onto governmental “aid” and so on…
I could go on and on about the different lawsuits that the Obama administration has but this article is long enough , and with enough evidence to prove that the liberal agenda is the utter destruction from within, Sadly, using our own system against us. The amount of lawsuits against Obama is staggering. I would really like to see the comments from both sides. The amount of propaganda that has been ignored or spread by the media has reached ridiculous levels never seen before. Recent billboards in NY Time square have been rented to stand as opposition to the media as they continue to ignore the truth.
