The teachers union asking Bill Ayers (of Weather Underground, and ”former domestic terrorist”) to give the keynote speech at a conference, along with the left blaming my favorite pastime (playing video games) for the propensity of gamers to carry out unprovoked shootings, gave me the idea for writing this article. Games like Call of Duty And Black Ops 2 are taking a lot of flak (pun intended) from those in lockstep agreement with the current administration.
Not one time have I heard the true cause: Personal behavior and personal choice. People have used psychology and sociology, both are pseudo sciences (among many)in my book because they take out the root cause of the problem. Choice! These fields do nothing but give people an excuse for their behavior so there are no consequences for there actions. Evil exists, though liberals do not believe in evil. They believe in evolution, survival of the fittest.
I am going to concentrate on the behaviour of several of Americas most famous assassins. So lets start with Bill Ayers.

President John F Kennedy was assassinated by Lee Harvey Oswald. A Communist. Barnett Slepian was a doctor who was pro abortion and killed by a catholic militant, James Charles Kopp. While many on the left will suggest this is a killer from the right side of the aisle, I submit to you that while many people believe Catholicism is Christian in nature, it is actually a perversion of Christianity and ancient Roman paganism merged. (Another topic altogether on which I have already written my thoughts.) Simply put, this guy was not a Christian as is stated, but a militant for a religion that has historically killed people, sometimes on a massive scale, such as Catholic hierarchy in World War II in helping the Nazi’s.

While there are killers throughout all history, I bet if you were to research deep enough, you would find a liberal mindset of the majority of these people. Liberalism is a disease of the mind. If you believe in evolution, then what is the issue here? The weak were killed. However if you believe in right and wrong as Christianity teaches, then we have a big problem in the world and not just America.
If we consider the Aurora, CO massacre with James Holmes, the leftist bias of the left is clearly expressed. No sooner had this tragedy happened, that the mainstream media complex (the alphabet channels, ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC and the likes) immediately proclaimed that it was a right winger who joined the Tea Party, who was responsible for this horrific action.

One can readily conclude from the many mass killings and high profile assassinations that there is a profound correlation between the way those on the Left think and the violence they purport causes them concern. A person who is liberal will make the wrong choice more times than not, sad to say. Parents who have this mindset will no doubt teach their children the same philosophy. Neither the parent or the child will have a sound moral compass. For example, a compasss with all its 360 degrees of direction, if you go a particular direction for a few minutes and get lost, it is a simple fix. However if you were to travel that path for years it is a lot harder to change direction (a thought process in this particular case for behaviour).
People who have violently killed men, women and children for whatever reason, were askew in their moral compasses and couldnt get turned back north if you will. My personal belief is that God has been taken out of or society for many years now and to me that is the only moral compass to adhere to. It consists of Right and Wrong. Again, its easier to choose wrongly. Most people take the easy way out. If you need an example about God being taken out of society, one needs to look no futher than the 2011 Democratic National Convention. The hoopla of being Nationally forced by Republicans to put God and Isreal back in the Convention.

To close this article, it is not GUNS and/or video games that need to be banned! We need to change the behavior of our citizens. We have 51% of a country who voted for FREE stuff they absolutely did not earn and someone else who earned their way was forced to give up what they had legitimately earned. With this type of mindset it is no wonder that guns and ammo are FLYING off the shelves. Protection from these unpredictable Left thinking individuals is a must. High capacity magazines is a must, especially if things go bad for the very vote they cast in this last election. For years we have failed to teach children that there are consequences for their actions. Most of our leaders don’t adhere to this type of philosophy either.
Parents play a big role in forming a moral society. They were given directives by God on how to raise their families. With liberalism causing the breakdown of America’s families the issues you see as problems in America today are rooted in Left thinking and not guns or rocks or cars. These Breakdowns include the dismanteling of the family, the gay rights issues, the penal system, the justice system, the education system(concentrating on the LIBERAL ARTS), the financial stability of our country, and lets not forget the replacing of God with human wisdom that is faulty to the nth degree, such as the THEORY of evolution.
It is no wonder that we as Americans are seeing what we see today because behaviour is regarded as a societal problem and not a personal problem of choice. These people chose to do what they did. It was not the gun that is in the process of being banned, nor was it the video game that “caused” them to do this. In my opinion it was a lack of God and bad parenting in their lives. So if we are to BLAME anyone (Obamas World- Blame someone else) we need to blame liberalism and extremely bad parenting.

I absolutely agree. I’m a parent of four and a professional childcare provider. I find that parents are increasingly unable to cope with their own children’s behaviour because ‘human rights’ has overtaken God given rights. These children are disrespectful towards parents and teachers and the impact on society is massive. Take the riots across England in 2011 for example. This is the reason I am giving up childcare after many years. This was actually a topic on tv a few days ago and the statistics show that the increase in childhood obesity ties in with the decrease of parents who ‘smack’ their child in the UK. So instead of appropriate discipline within a loving, well balanced household parents are now bribing their kids to behave? Ridiculous!!! When these children grow up and the parents STILL have no control, and all they do is play computer games are the games to blame for that young person’s lack of respect for others? I don’t think so. I still think, however, that letting these spoilt, undisciplined brats loose with a gun is madness.
Agree with all that you said. I would point out that it is bad parenting letting the kids have access to the adult guns that are legally registered and illegally stolen to do the damage they do with it. Along with illegally travelling, illegaly using, illegally breaking into a school…..
I think it’s all part of the same problem. Children who are undisciplined tend to be attention seeking and learn very quickly that negative behaviour gets much more attention. Then they grow up and in some countries have easy access to guns…legally or illegally! It’s hardly a clever combination! I read today in the daily mail that 40 kids a day in the UK are expelled for violence against school staff and that number is on the rise! I am HUGELY grateful to my government that these attention seeking cherubs have no easy access to guns either now OR when they grow into adults.
It seems to me that you are on the children’s side.To some degree you are right. Jesus said “suffer the children”. I believe its the bad parenting and bad teaching from a liberal ideology. The Madrassas in Pakistan and other related Muslim countries teach children to kill from an early age with their perverse teaching that are religious in nature. Does that make it Ok? No. It is again, the ideology that kids are brought up with. I also would add in the West (America and Britain, Western Europe) the need to be famous goes along with what you commented on. Do not know if you have access to these type television shows, MTV’s Buckwild, My Babies 10 Mama’s,Honey Boo Boo and variants like this are teaching the youth these days a true lack of respect for Gods values and morals that are time tested and proven true. If you don’t treat liberalism as a disease then you are stuck with whatever perversions that come about from what they are allowed to watch and listen to. Music is another huge issue that kids get information from that is blatantly obvious in its perversions. Madonna, Lady Gaga and the likes. This is what they try and represent in life. It’s not just gun culture that sets a bad example. Hollywood is a huge part of this problem in ALL facets of life.

There are many shows on telly that I feel are unnecessary although I have never seen any of those ones. One that bugs me at the moment is the Real Housewives of….wherever. Surely no one would want to be nasty, shallow and attention seeking? But you are right, the media does have a massive influence on children and sadly, parents who have no control over their children are going to let them watch and listen to what they want. I am sure that when these people become adults, with no respect for authority, that they will be the cause of suffering to others with or without guns.
